(More customer reviews)This is a space saver and it is very attractive especially considering that you don't have to have a large bulky bottle out in view and in the way. This machine is very efficient and comes with a two year warranty but we have had no trouble. It does accept both size bottles but the 5 gallon does have a tight fit so patience is required. Of course the stainless steel is very easy to keep clean which is a huge plus with the children always getting their dirty hands all over it. The child safety control feature is excellent. This unit is loaded with many wonderful features. We like the dual LED nightlights for a cold drink in the dead of night and the low water indicator is a nice feature as well. The power save feature is a huge plus and we personally love the free space on top. The noise is appropriate and usual considering and not loud at all (that's relative though) to us and we have had no problems with poor tasting water. It seems to us that people who do have this problem simply do because as a direct result of not cleaning the lines properly or just not cleaning them at all. This unit has a great design. We paid about $170 and for this price, you just can't complain. This is an efficient well built and reliable product. We can say in all objectivity that we love this product and would buy another...and another but this one is reliable enough so I doubt that we will need to purchase another anytime soon.
