(More customer reviews)We use this container to hold water that we draw from a mountain spring. The large screw top makes the container easy to fill from the spring. The molded handle is a welcome addition because the container gets heavy when full (about 24 pounds). The container fits fine in our refrigerator/ freezer - a GE side by side model. So far the valve / spigot has worked ok. Its a very basic plastic valve that hopefully will hold up over time. I have my doubts. Shipping and handling fee is high on this item - - over $8.

(More customer reviews)We brought this for our camping needs. We had a similar bottle before but it broke after dropping onto the ground. This refrigerator bottle is better built and more tough. The handle makes it easy to lug around when we were at the camp ground. Should last much longer than the previous brand. We like it so much, we brought a 3 gallon one as well.

Bluewave 2 Gallon Multi-use Water Bottle Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased the Bluewave 2-gallon water bottle to replace the 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles I was currently using. As I get up in years, I've found that lifting these heavy bottles was becoming more combersome. The 2-gallon blue wave is ideal for me. I don't have to struggle lifting it onto the water dispenser any longer. I'd much rather change out bottles more frequently than have to lift a bottle and risk hurting myself in the process. I did and extensive on-line search to find such a bottle that would work with my dispenser. These Bluewave bottles are fantastic!

(More customer reviews)I purchased 3 of these bottles to use for an emergency water supply. These bottles are of the same quality as the ones that the major water cooler suppliers use. They're very durable. Each bottle comes with a screw on cap. The handle makes them much easier to carry than the bottles without handles, although five gallons of water is still fairly heavy. This is a very good product that I would definitely purchase again if the need ever arises.

Bluewave 5 Gallon Big-Mouth with Valve Multi-Use Water Bottle Review

(More customer reviews)This is just as described: sturdy, large, easy to use. I didn't want to turn my counter-top water filter on and off all the time. So I got this water dispenser so that I can filter a lot of water at a time and not worry about it for next 3-4 days. I'd very highly recommend it.
A few tips on using it:
1. Don't close the lid too tightly. If the lid is closed so tightly that it becomes air-tight, then the tap can't dispense water.
2. After receiving the product, make sure that the dispensing-tap is tightly screwed in. I had to turn it one whole turn. Unless that tap is very tightly in place, water may leak from the base/gasket joint.
3. This is the only complaint that I have here: although the tap dispenses water if you either "lift" or "press" the lever, it appears to be a better idea to use the "lift" mode and not the "press" mode. I used it by pressing for the first 3-4 weeks, but then water started dripping from the tap slowly. Once I switched to lifting the lever, it's doing fine ever since.
