(More customer reviews)I ordered a Tomlinson Ceramic Crock Lever Faucet from this company ECCS on 08/31/10 and as of today 09/08/10 it still has not shipped from this supplier and nor can I get ANYONE at the company to send me an update on my order or even acknowledge my e-mails! Don't waste your time with this company they obviously are not in the customer satisfaction business! -Kevin
