(More customer reviews)These things break down and the there's no one to service them. The customer service is basically useless. I bought mine two years ago and it's stopped working already. I agree that it's a great concept if there was a real company behind these products but there's no support whatsoever when your unit stops working. You're just are left alone in the wilderness at that point. If you check, the initial two five star reviews are obviously fake and are connected to the company. This one item is the only thing they have ever reviewed.
