(More customer reviews)This product is cheaply made. You can't really tell if the cap on the reservoir is screwed on correct or not. I had to screw the cap off then on probably 3-4x. It feels like the cap might be cross threaded then I figured that must be they way it is. When my dogs would drink all the water out of the dish sometimes it would fill the bowl and sometimes the bowl was dry but the reservoir remained full. I returned this item. It's more hasle than it's worth.
