(More customer reviews)I highly recommend this product, especially if you live in hot/humid weather. Our dog sleeps on it every night and since using it, her elbow callouses have disappeared. She used to sleep in the tile or wood floor to keep cool but now sleeps only on the Canine Cooler mat.
The initial set-up - filling it with water and removing the excess air seemed a bit complicated at first but it was actually fairly easy.
Every dog should have one of these...highly recommended!
