(More customer reviews)Good product if it didnt leak!!! I received this as a gift for someone. When it was filled, it was leaking at the spout. After contacting customer service and going back and forth for over a month (because its impossible to get anything other than an answering machine when you call), FedEx was at my house every day to pick up the product for an investigation to see if it was damaged in shipping. Only one problem - it was a gift and was not in my possession. I continued going back and forth with customer service until I was fed up with the company. I told the woman (Jamie) to forget it because I was done with their company. She replied that they were going outside of their return policy for me and doing me a favor and then HUNG UP ON ME! What kind of customer service is "going out of their way and doing you a favor" if you receive a faulty product??? And this one wasnt cheap - $126! After several attempts I finally got a supervisor on the phone who told me that she was sorry the product quality wasnt up to my standard (with a sarcastic tone). I'm never ordering from this company again. Although there is very positive feedback, its more like a roll of the dice to hope you get a good product!
