(More customer reviews)This thing is awesome. Definitely personal though, will keep you cool as long as it's blowing directly to you (and others). Only drawback is constantly having to get ice. Also the condensation so if you use it indoors you need to put it on something you don't mind getting wet. Used it on my camping trip and boy did it come in handy. I definitely recommend this to anyone as a cheap alternative to buying an expensive a/c unit.
