(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this when they banned all devices with heating and cooling elements from our work and we had to get rid of our water cooler.
I was a skeptical after reading some other reviews (for other colors for the same crock) that mentioned a leaky spout. We did not have this problem at all. If the gaskets are installed properly (the directions are easy to miss) and tighten the nut down well there should not be any problems.
